Για πρώτη φορά στην Ελλάδα και συγκεκριμένα στην πόλη της Χαλκίδας, πραγματοποιήθηκε 23-28/9/2022 το πρώτο συνέδριο των ηγετών του International Action Art. Σε μια διοργάνωση που γίνεται για πρώτη φορά στην Ελλάδα, το εκτελεστικό Συμβούλιο του διεθνούς οργανισμού International Action Art συνεδρίασε κάνοντας τον απολογισμό του έργου για τα χρόνια της πανδημίας και έθεσε επίσης τους νέους στόχους για τη σεζόν 2022-2023 με γνώμονα τους στόχους της βιώσιμης ανάπτυξης του ΟΗΕ. Οι συνεδριάσεις πραγματοποιήθηκαν στο ιστορικό λαογραφικό μουσείο της Χαλκίδας, στο οποίο τα μέλη του συμβουλίου και ξεναγήθηκαν.
Στη σημαντική αυτή συνάντηση συμμετείχαν αντιπροσωπείες από Ελλάδα, Κύπρο, Κατάρ, Ιράν, Μπαχρέιν, Κουβέιτ, Μπαγκλαντές, Μαλαισία, Γεωργία, Ουκρανία, Γερμανία, Ρουμανία, Ινδία, Αίγυπτο, Αρμενία, Καναδά, Χιλή, Παραγουάη, Κούβα, Γαλλία, Εσθονία, Λετονία, Νορβηγία, Σουηδία, Κιργιστάν, Ουζμπεκιστάν, Τυνησία, Μεξικό, Καμερούν, Λιβύη και Βουλγαρία.
Στο πλαίσιο της τεράστιας αυτής διοργάνωσης επίσης πραγματοποιήθηκε μία εντυπωσιακή πολιτιστική εκδήλωση υποδοχής προς τιμήν των ιδιαίτερα σημαντικών καλεσμένων μας, στο κέντρο πολιτισμού και αλληλεγγύης "Μαριάννα Β. Βαρδινογιάννη" με τη συμμετοχή του παιδικού και εφηβικού τμήματος μπαλέτου της Εθνικής Όπερας Βουκουρεστίου, του Συλλόγου Κρητών Πετρούπολης "Η Μεγαλόνησος", του Χορευτικού Συλλόγου Δικταίοι Καστρινοί, του Συλλόγου Ποντίων Αγίας Βαρβάρας "ο Φάρος". Τη βραδιά πλαισίωσε μουσικό πρόγραμμα αφιέρωμα στους γνωστότερους Έλληνες συνθέτες από τον Πέτρο Τσολάκο και την ορχήστρα του.
Τις ημέρες του συνεδρίου παρέστησαν εξέχουσες προσωπικότητες, από το χώρο του πολιτισμού, της διπλωματίας και της ακαδημαϊκής κοινότητας, από την Ελλάδα και το εξωτερικό, πλήθος επισήμων, βουλευτών, δημάρχων, περιφερειαρχών και πρεσβευτών, καθώς και δημοσιογράφοι από τον ξένο και ελληνικό τύπο.
