All of a sudden my secluded rendezvous with the serene sea ignited my long lost companionship with art. Almost naturally, like the sound of soft waves covering the shores my thread passed through the stiffness of my canvas. My neglected studio accommodated those charged emotions, the lines the dribbles, the stitches and array of colours began to settle on to my canvas effortlessly… “I didn’t paint the war, but there’s no doubt the war was in my pictures”. As Picasso said after the liberation of France.  And hence my creative journey continues…..
